3CX automatic status changing
In order to setup automatic status changing for your 3cx account, you'll need to log into the webclient version of 3cx which can be found here. You can find your login details in your 3CX welcome email, you can find it by searching for pbx
After you've logged in, on the left side bar, go down to the three dots, click on it and then select settings.
Next, select Status > Status scheduler > tick Automatic switch status
You can select either default office hours or specific office hours. The default hours are set from 9-5. If you want to make your own custom hours for each day, select them and you can input
