Creating a Ticket
Go to the LUU Support Helpdesk > Sign In > Sign in with Google > If you are already signed in to your Google account on your browser, you should be able select your account and enter your Google password. If prompted to sign in again, select Sign in with Google again. Once logged in on the IT Helpdesk Portal, you should now be able to see the red New Ticket button on the top right, select this and fill out the required details.
You can also select Request New Service this will open the catalogue of all the other items digital services can provide you with. Please help us by detailing your issue as much as you can and attach an image if necessary.
You can also manage your open tickets from the helpdesk by clicking the Your Tickets button.
