Logging in to 3CX Web client (On PC/Laptop)

The 3CX Web client allows you to receive and make calls using your work phone. You will require a microphone if you want to make phone calls. If you require a headset please ask for one from IT.

1. To login to the web client, first go here and enter your login details. Enter your Extension number in the first text field and then your password. Your password will have been generated and sent to your LUU Google email. Simply head over to Gmail and search for Welcome to 3CX, open the email and get your password. The email may have been sent to your @leeds email so please check both mailboxes.If you do not have such an email, please contact IT with your extension number and Google email.

2. Once logged in, you should have access to all LUU contacts. To make a call, locate the desired contact using the search bar or scrolling down the list and then click on the phone icon

3. When receiving a call, a notification like the one below will appear and you can answer the call
