How do I put in a ticket/report an IT issue?
Go here > Sign In > Sign in with Google > If you are already signed in to your Google account on your browser, you should be able select your account and enter your Google password. If prompted to sign in again, select Sign in with Google again. Once logged in on the IT Helpdesk portal, you should now be able to see the New Ticket button on the top right, select this and fill out the required details.
